Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) je pokrenula pred Federalnim sudom tužbu protiv Qantasa jer je na preko 8000 letova prodavao karte još 16 dana iako je otkazao letove, te što je na preko 10.000 letova odbio obavijestiti putnike o otkazanim letovima.

And on Thursday Australia’s consumer watchdog – the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) – announced it was taking legal action against the airline over allegations it had sold tickets to more than 8,000 flights it had already cancelled.
